The hotel is located at the heart of the textile market and most convenient for business travel based on textiles. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, cleanliness and hygiene are quite bad. Also, there are hardly any amenities. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is decent.

I traveled with family in December 2019, the staff within this hotel is extremely pleasant, accommodating, efficient and willing to assist with almost anything for their guests.The room-service is decent and the revolving restaurant serves up one of the best buffets in town. Would definitely recommend especially considering that it's surrounded by textile markets.

We attended an event in surat recently, and stayed at the Tex Pallazo hotel for 6 days. The hotel is located on the main road and has textile markets nearby. The rooms and attached bathrooms are reasonably big and were cleaned everyday.Bedsheets and towels were changed everyday also. Breakfast was basic, with some varities of Gujarati and South Indian dishes. Hotel staff are all very polite and courteous. Special thanks to Mr Zobin and Kunal Kamkamor, who went out of their way to help us.Thank You!All in all we had a wonderful stay at the Tex Pallazo and hope to return again. Ummeaiman Adamjee

Booked a super deluxe room. The room was quite upto mark. However service is somewhat that needs improvement. Person at reception is the only attentive one. The restaurant people and the service people need to improve if you want to reach at good level. You remember that you are sitting in the main market area of textile hub. I would like to refer this hotel if service would have been provided at time and in attentive manner. Lift smell, unclean window glasses are some of them which badly needs the concern. Only one lift is working and that is too late to reach to us. Drinking water change or glass change or asking for any service are missing here. I booked this hotel with expectations but somewhat disappointed. We care about you that's y we are pinpointing these issues.

The hotel seemed very basic from the entrance. But the rooms were good facilities . It seems only business hotel and hence it is in the market . Nothing much to say about the food . breakfast was really bad .
